With over 40 years of experience in the design industry, Emily has seen trends come and go and come back! One thing is for sure, Emily's beautiful designs are timeless. Emily studied art at Montana State University and has worked as a designer ever since. She has extensive experience in the building process, working with builders on custom homes and commercial building projects.
Emily's expertise in all areas of the design process eases her clients through the maze of decisions. When asking Emily what her niche is, she states she loves it all but really enjoys re-modeling homes and designing window treatments.
Kristi Hunt, ASID Industry Partner, TAID
Wow is the result Kristi Hunt's designs will bring to your project. Born and raised in Texas, Kristi began her career in the floral design industry after studying fashion merchandising in college. Moving into design consulting was a natural transition for Kristi.
With years of experience working with builders from the ground up, Kristi takes great pride in creating the entire look to meet the needs of each individual. She says she loves a challenge and creating that unique look for each client is very rewarding. Kristi's integrity and “can do” attitude has helped build strong relationships with her clients.
Lisa Stewart, ASID Industry Partner, TAID
Lisa Stewart is the calm within the storm of the design project. She is always ready with an answer to any design dilemma. With 20 years of experience, Lisa brings extensive knowledge, creativity and determination to each project. Her goal is to ensure a smooth process through to completion of any project, small or large.
Lisa's artistic abilities allow her client's to visualize the completed product. Her knack of pulling together various fabrics and textures give each client that very personal touch they seek from a professional. Lisa says that getting to know the client really helps her create rooms that reflect the client's personality.
Gail O'Rourke, Floral Designer
Gail attended the Career Floral Design Institute in Portland, Oregon, and has been a professional floral designer for 15 years. She has worked all over the western United States and we are so fortunate to have such a creative force at J.H. Interiors. Gail started working with fresh flowers and moved into silks and dried flowers blending the regional styles to form her own look.
She has had her designs featured in art museums, regional magazines, and holiday home tours. Gail states that she is grateful to work with the beautiful products on the market today. “Permanent flowers are more natural and botanically correct than ever. I love bringing the beauty of nature into people's homes with a custom floral. I like to think that there is an art to my profession and that flowers, not paint, are my medium of choice.”
Diana Daniels, ASID Industry Partner
Diana has enjoyed great success in residential design and decorating the last decade. With a sharp eye for color, texture and scale, she expertly coordinates the most challenging projects. While Diana enjoys all aspects of the design process she takes great pleasure in creating window treatments and has continued her education by participating in numerous certification courses for the technical side of window dressing.
One of her most rewarding and challenging was restoring a 22-room Victorian mansion. Diana stated she learned so much while researching and the treatments ensuring they reflect the turn of the century for the 1902 home.
Anna Cook, ASID
A graduate of Baylor University's highly ranked entrepreneurship program, Anna Cook spent the first five years of her career in the fashion industry as a department store buyer of contemporary sportswear. Her love of color and textures as well as her ability to coordinate and bring together a project made her transition into the design world an easy one. Her organization and creativity make her a great asset to your project.
Anna's extensive travel all over Europe has given her insight to timeless and exquisite designs that she is able to translate and adapt in a unique way. When asked what she loves about this field, Anna said that making her clients happy is very rewarding, but it's the excitement of each new project that she loves most.
Jennifer Corradino, IRN, AISD Industry Partner
Jennifer’s experience in interior design has been shaped by her years of experience in re-design and knowledge of how to translate a client’s personal style into a beautifully finished home. Her greatest satisfaction comes from educating a client through the design process, taking cues from their personal interests, hobbies and travels. Her experience includes space planning, coordination of paint, floors and fabrics, window treatment design and custom furniture.
Jennifer trained in New York and became a member of the Interior Refiners Network. Her creative background led her through a career change eight years ago and she has not looked back. Christine Teng, ASID, TBAE
Christine is a multi-faceted designer with a keen eye for detail. With a degree in Interior Design and Psychology, she approaches the design process from every corner. Her projects over the last 28 plus years have included all aspects of residential design, from the blue prints through the final placement of her client’s valuables. Christine has also worked on commercial spaces including medical, legal and professional offices and is a wonderful artist, painting a commissioned mural for one of her clients.
Christine builds relationships with her clients that last for years. Her repeat clients state that she is a great listener allowing the customer the ability to convey what they want. Christine has built her business through the years by customer referrals and that is the best compliment any designer can receive. |
